Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience Three (3) to Five (5) Years of Supervisory Experience Prior experience in Asphalt Production Proficiency in ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Google mail, and Microsoft Suite Local travel throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania required Responsibilities Primarily responsible for the attainment of production and distribution objectives for assigned asphalt plants Effective management and mentoring of subordinates to attain quality and productivity targets Conduct various OH&S program activities such as inspections, training and incident investigations Meet financial targets and budget objectives Interface with other functional groups to maintain safe and efficient facilities and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
