Senior Change Management & Testing Lead for SAP S/4HANA

Iberdrola

AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY in Orange, CT is seeking a Senior Manager – Change Management & Testing to lead organizational change, readiness, and stakeholder adoption for SAP S/4HANA implementation.

You will partner with executives, drive change strategies, communications, training, and UAT, and ensure smooth deployment from SAP ECC to S/4HANA while meeting regulatory and governance requirements. Travel as needed and manage external partners.
