Full Time or Part Time Delivery Helper/Jumper

Job Overview Full Time or Part Time Delivery Helper/Jumper positions with Pioneer Logistics. Earn $18 - $21+ hourly, based on performance. Performance incentives, overtime, benefits, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement are available. Driver’s license not required; State ID or passport are sufficient for identification. Company vehicle is provided. No CDL required. Location: Meet in Pontiac each morning and deliver in the Clarkston, Davison, and Lapeer areas. Responsibilities Use hand‑held device for instructions and customer delivery information. Load and unload packages to be delivered. Be customer‑obsessed and deliver packages on time. Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Get in and out of the vehicle and walk up and down stairs during shifts. Work independently and be self‑motivated. Perform scheduled deliveries during a 30‑minute lunch break and two paid breaks. Accept overtime and seasonal work as required. Qualifications & Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S. At least 18 years of age. Valid State ID or passport. Can pass a criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors). Can pass a 4‑panel drug test. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and maximize efficiency. Can confidently walk in all types of Michigan weather. Can lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and repeatedly get in and out of the van. Strong work ethic, customer‑focused, and safety‑conscious. No experience required; learn on the job. Compensation & Benefits $18 per hour plus performance incentives, overtime, and potential monthly bonuses. Paid training and paid overtime. Health, dental, and vision insurance at low cost.
