What You’ll Do as a Store Manager Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficiency. Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team. Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels meet customer demand. Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships. Monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in retail or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team toward shared goals.
