Housing Access & Outreach Navigator

Mary’s Place is seeking an Outreach & Diversion Specialist to support families experiencing homelessness in King County. You will identify housing goals, perform assessments, document data, and coordinate with landlords and service providers to move clients toward permanent housing solutions. This full-time, day schedule may require evenings, weekends, or holidays. A valid WA driver’s license and mobility across sites are required; compassionate, trauma-informed care is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
