Previous Dealership Experience Preferred, But We’ll Train Motivated Candidates!

’s high-volume Service Department is seeking to add motivated Service Advisors   to provide the highest level of luxury experience with integrity and provide the utmost care and attention for our customers.

 

While previous experience as a Service Consultant/Advisor or Mechanic is preferred, we are open to training motivated candidates. We strongly encourage individuals with prior experience in Service or Parts Departments within Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine Dealerships to apply!

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

 

• Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for the customer
• Listen to the customer’s reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department
  

Qualifications – Service Advisor:  

 

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with an automotive background to succeed!
• Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or a Service Tech/ Mechanic translates well in this position
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
