You’re great at sales—but tired of hitting ceilings.
At All Saints Insurance, we’re hiring licensedjunior producers who want more than a paycheck—they want a career.
What You Bring:
- Sales experience in B2B or B2C (think wireless, retail, door-to-door, etc.)
- You’ve hit or exceeded goals in past roles—but want more earning potential
- You’re good with people, sharp on the phone, and quick to follow up
- You’re coachable, hungry, and thick-skinned in the best way
- You’re already licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required)
We offer a sign-on bonus after hire to reimburse your licensing costs (plus a little extra).
What You’ll Do:
- Quote and sell personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella)
- Handle occasional service needs for your clients
- Work warm leads from internet, walk-ins, transfers, and referrals
- Track your pipeline in our CRM (AgencyZoom)
- Get real-time coaching and sales support to sharpen your skills
