Quality Lab Technician

Job Summary

Join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and testing samples of our products. Utilize both instrumental and wet chemistry procedures to perform analytical testing, and record your results using our advanced computerized data systems. Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive plant and laboratory safety orientations.
• Adhere to all safety policies to prevent on-the-job injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
• Address and report any hazards, unsafe equipment, or incidents immediately to supervision.
• Conduct at least one Laboratory Safety audit per month.
• Engage in a minimum of three safety activities each month.
• Commit to the demands of a 24/7/365 operation.
• Utilize math skills to perform calculations for lab testing accurately.
• Be open to receiving instruction and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by quality department management.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of laboratory environments and working knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, and IC, is advantageous.
• No prior laboratory experience required, but completion of a college science lab is preferred.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of college laboratory experience on a case-by-case basis.
