Bilingual Case Manager (Vietnamese): Field Home Assessments
Pierce County
Pierce County Human Services seeks a bilingual Case Manager fluent in Vietnamese to assess needs, authorize and oversee care plans for older and disabled clients. You’ll work with clients in their homes and coordinate with providers, using a laptop for documentation. You will join a team dedicated to helping seniors and people with disabilities stay safe and independent at home, with a direct impact on quality of life.
