Job Description

IHOP has an opening for a full- or part-time Night Shift Server . This role is perfect for warm and outgoing people who prefer working nights.

When you join our restaurant, you complete paid training before getting out onto the floor by yourself. Then, you earn a competitive wage of $2.13 per hour. As an added bonus, our full-time employees also receive health insurance !

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is an entry-level position, so while experience would be nice, it's not as important as having an upbeat attitude and a desire to learn. You just need to meet the following minimum requirements:

17+ years old
Food handler's permit

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Both full- and part-time positions are available, and our priority right now is to hire for graveyard and night shifts.

In this role, you spend your time connecting with guests, taking care of them, and facilitating positive dining experiences. You take orders, fill beverages, and promptly address any issues that might pop up. As you serve guests, clean your section, and stock table supplies, you take pride in contributing to our successful restaurant!
