Explore different roles within the company to find the best fit for your skills and interests.The Role:This role serves as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure that end-to-end BI solutions, from data ingestion in Fabric through to Power BI dashboards, are clearly defined, standardized, and aligned with both regional and global business objectives.You will work closely with a BI development team based in India, collaborating daily to translate business requirements into consistent, high-quality analytics solutions. The primary focus of this role is not hands-on development, but bringing structure, clarity, and quality to BI specifications to enable reliable and valuable analytics across the Americas.Key Responsibilities:Lead workshops with stakeholders across North and South America to gather requirements, define KPIs, metrics, reporting needs, and business rules, and translate them into clear deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPI catalogs Support end-to-end BI solution design within Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, pipelines, lakehouse and warehouse structures, medallion architecture, and Power BI semantic models, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regional standardsCollaborate closely with the India-based BI development team to clarify requirements, ensure consistent understanding, and maintain delivery quality while coordinating effectively across time zones and culturesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and BI engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented, while supporting backlog refinement and prioritization in Agile environmentsDefine and validate data models, KPI logic, and semantic layer structures for Power BI, with a focus on consistency, reusability, and alignment across regions and business domainsGuide the development of intuitive, high-performing dashboards and promote best practices in usability, layout, performance, and use of certified datasets to drive Power BI adoption across the AmericasContribute to data governance and standardization by establishing KPI ownership, supporting data quality processes, and enforcing naming conventions and documentation standards to build a reliable single source of truthDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance BI processes, increase standardization and reuse, expand Microsoft Fabric capabilities, and contribute to best practices, templates, and frameworksBring 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with strong expertise in requirements gathering and solution design, as well as experience working in global environments and offshore delivery modelsDemonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouse, data warehousing, data pipelines, Power BI models, medallion architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modelingApply strong business and functional skills, including translating business needs into structured solutions, defining KPIs, managing stakeholders, and working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps experience is a plus)Preferred experience includes multi-country support in the Americas, familiarity with Azure, background in manufacturing or multinational organizations, and exposure to data governance frameworks and ERP systems such as SAP or JD EdwardsWhat We Offer:Comprehensive BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision plans401(k) with company matchingShort- and long-term disability, life, and accidental insurance15 PTO days and 11 paid holidaysWork-Life BalanceFlexible scheduling for when life happens.Ongoing Training & RecognitionGet up to speed quickly with our structured onboarding process.Access to online courses to keep your skills sharp and up to date.Learn from experienced colleagues and industry experts.Length of Service awards to celebrate your milestones.Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:ASSA ABLOY fosters a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and included.
