Financial Analyst

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry‑Level Financial Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping business leaders make informed financial decisions. The Financial Analyst will work closely with finance, accounting, and cross‑functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and support strategic business initiatives. COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000 per year , based on experience, analytical abilities, communication skills, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Analyze financial data and business performance metrics Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting and forecasting activities Monitor financial performance and identify trends Assist with variance analysis and financial modeling Maintain financial records and reporting documentation Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies Collaborate with accounting and business teams Prepare dashboards and management reports Support process improvement initiatives Assist with financial planning projects Perform additional finance and analytical tasks as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, administration, or related roles Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, dependable, and results‑oriented mindset

NICE TO HAVE

Internship or entry‑level finance experience Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting Experience with Excel functions and data analysis Familiarity with ERP or financial software Interest in corporate finance and business strategy
