About the Position

Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $230,000–$250,000 + Relocation Assistance

We're seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to join a mission-driven outpatient primary care organization in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. This leadership opportunity offers the perfect balance of patient care and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• 60–80% Clinical | 20–40% Administrative
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Active Hawaii medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• FQHC or Community Health experience is a plus
