Details Operating Room unit at a hospital setting PM shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week (11a-11p) No set or blocked schedule; weekend shifts assigned via alphabetical rotation and may be days or nights Department requires 4-6 late/call shifts per 6-week schedule, including 1-2 lates per week and one overnight call (11p-7a) Up to 24 hours of weekend call within a 6-week schedule block Coverage required for one major and two minor holidays (day or night shift) May be asked to perform Charge duties on any off shift (nights, weekends, and/or holidays) Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license required Minimum 18 months of OR experience required Strong ENT and neuro surgical experience required Additional Information Only 1 week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility American Traveler Job ID P-750274.
