Senior Customer Success Manager - Quora Quora

This role involves managing a portfolio of advertising clients on Quora’s ad platform, acting as their main point of contact and advisor. Responsibilities include troubleshooting campaign delivery, optimizing performance, running quarterly business reviews and check-in calls, forecasting account data, and sharing insights on which creative content and strategies work best. Candidates should have around five years of experience managing advertising campaigns from either the client or publisher side, ideally with search and social campaign experience. Experience managing enterprise-level clients in the North American market, strong communication skills up to C-level, and comfort troubleshooting technical issues with beta products are required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and paid ad platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google or Pinterest is a plus. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, requiring availability during Quora’s coordination hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Pacific Time.
