Sr. IT Compliance Analyst

Senior IT Compliance Analyst role at Integrated DNA Technologies supporting governance, risk, and compliance objectives. Executes control activities across General Controls, SOX, PCI-DSS, and information security domains while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute IT General Controls across user access management and change management domains with audit-ready documentation
- Maintain IT-GRC policies, procedures, and documentation; coordinate updates with policy owners
- Lead vendor management and third-party risk assessment activities and annual reviews
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and execution; conduct root cause analysis for business-impacting events
- Prepare for and support internal/external audits; present compliance status and risks to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years experience on GRC team or related technical discipline
- 5+ years supporting user access management activities
- 5+ years experience with SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR compliance standards
- Experience with change management and Change Advisory Board participation
- Track record supporting internal and external audits
Compensation: $117,000-$155,000 annually, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
