We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a dealership to success, under the mentorship of an experienced General Manager. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the on-site leader of the dealership, leading daily operations, developing team performance, ensuring inventory readiness and championing customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Lead daily dealership operations, including sales, collections, and customer service. Mentor, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
