Job Details Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple client files and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, particularly with legal documents and filing deadlines Comfortable interacting directly with clients, often during emotionally sensitive situations Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Prior legal, administrative, or customer-facing office experience preferred but not required Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with legal case management systems a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
