Performs routine and moderately complex tasks within established procedures, applying knowledge gained through training or work experience.

• Operate manufacturing or processing machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams. Solves routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options. Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload. Uses communication skills to exchange information. Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities. Impacts own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follows procedures and receives regular supervision. 1-2 years of experience in administrative or business support roles.

Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Overtime as needed during peak mailing initiatives.
