Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and document patient progress to support functional independence and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help optimize outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory and clinical standards in a patient‑centered, supportive environment.
