FLSA Status: Exempt Base Wage: $41,964/yr. Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $41,964-$200,000/yr. What To Expect: As a Sales and Leasing Consultant for West Herr, you’ll be in a position to offer an empathetic approach to everyone who walks through the door. With 27 brands, 3,000+ used cars, and over 30 lenders, you’ll be able to help the customer find exactly what they want.
