Logistics Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and enforce fleet safety standards, policies, and programs to create a culture of safe and compliant operation Work collaboratively with location managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure full fleet compliance Oversee procurement and movement of fleet assets across the organization Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including US DOT requirements Manage operational and financial data collection for reporting and regulatory filings Lead projects focused on designing and implementing future logistics network strategies Develop solutions to improve operational efficiency and ensure successful deployment with operations teams Address customer challenges by implementing innovative logistics solutions and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships Improve fleet performance through cooperative safety programs, training, and proactive initiatives Actively participate in driver retention and recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Support other fleet initiatives and responsibilities as assigned Site Address: 1800 Westfork Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
