Volunteer Services Manager Description: Pay Rate: $74,464 The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for Annually/$35.80 Base Hourly planning, coordinating, and managing all volunteer services and client-focused events across Desert Arc Apply Online With Your programs. This position supports meaningful Cover Letter and Resume: community engagement, enhances client experience, and ensures that volunteer involvement and all-client events align with Desert Arc’s mission, values, and person-centered service philosophy. Qualifications: This role reports directly to the Vice President, Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Client Services and works closely with program human services, nonprofit administration, event coordination, or a related field. Bachelor’s leadership, staff, volunteers, and community degree in related field preferred partners. Minimum of two years’ experience coordinating volunteers, events or community programs Valid California Driver License Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or in nonprofit human services.
