Job Title: Warehouse/Production Associate

Pay: $26

Hours: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials and components within the facility.
• Balance bolts, drill plugs, and rotate motor shafts on a monthly basis as part of routine equipment and component handling.
• Assemble parts kits for production, ensuring all required components are included, properly labeled, and ready for use.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing, loading, and unloading shipments as needed.
• Use hand and power tools to perform basic assembly, adjustment, and preparation of parts and components.
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment, where qualified, to move heavy or oversized components safely.
• Utilize ERP and accounting software to track inventory, orders, and material movements, contributing to accurate recordkeeping.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or assembly support role.
• Hands-on experience in production, assembly, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for basic assembly and material preparation.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coatesville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Coatesville,PA.
