Production Laborer

Cargill is hiring a Production Laborer for our refinery operations. In this role, you will support safe, reliable production of food products by operating and monitoring refinery and packaging equipment, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. You will follow strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards while recording production data and reporting any issues. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you’ll help meet production goals and learn new processes, contributing to Cargill’s mission of sustainable, high-quality food solutions.
