Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. Start date 07/06/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,485–$1,524 per week. Shift: 3x12-night shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in a medical-surgical unit, including assessment and monitoring
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Perform and assist with routine procedures; support care plans and interdisciplinary therapies
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff; support discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and privacy standards; advocate for patient needs during night shifts

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
- 13-week travel assignment
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and critical-thinking skills
