About the role

As the Vice President, Engagement Strategy, you'll be at the forefront of shaping innovative healthcare brands, translating complex insights into strategies that inspire action and drive results. This role is both visionary and hands-on-leading clients through the development of multi-channel strategies, leveraging a rich background in the digital marketing industry. This role will be working with clients and internal teams to shape and optimize a brand's multi-channel footprint, ensure consistency with the strategic vision, and craft strategies that not only meet business goals but also make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space.

What you'll do

• Work alongside account, creative, and executive leadership and provide a clear point of view that outlines how our clients can best leverage new and traditional channels for the communication of the brand message.
• Look for patterns through analytics, technology trends, audience insights, and brand strategies and connect the dots by architecting digital strategies influenced by our client's business and marketing objectives.
• Partner with the account, creative and technology teams to ensure the strategy is effectively implemented.
• Be in high demand by client and internal teams; consistent requests to be on business.
• Be asked to present to clients and succeed at doing so
• Work with internal teams and clients to challenge medical and regulatory status quo and deliver projects. that are innovative, noteworthy, and successful for clients.
• Develop a unique POV that can be published based on unique data insights.
• Proactively bring thinking to clients based on industry occurrences.
• Stay abreast on new companies, vendors, and tools in the industry.
• Build a consistent pipeline of work for yourself; grow strategy business on a core account.
• Build small project plans with guidance.
• Succeed in a dynamic environment and deliver innovation.
• Pitch and win new business.
• Build a team worthy of best-in-industry performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in digital communications or marketing, including paid, earned and owned digital media within the healthcare space
• Senior-level experience in an agency environment or other client-facing business environment.
• Holistic background in brand development and communication channels
• Track record of working with strong creative teams to produce compelling, objective-driven campaigns
• Deep experience leading and managing teams of people, demonstrating strong team development and leadership skills

Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000
