Field Service Senior Manager

Purpose of the Position

The Field Service Senior Manager provides leadership and oversight for all field service and warranty operations, ensuring exceptional customer support, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role drives service excellence, manages key customer relationships, and supports business growth through effective service delivery.

• Lead and develop the field service team to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.

• Manage and prioritize all field service and warranty activities.

• Conduct customer site visits to evaluate service needs and recommend solutions.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex service and warranty issues.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare and approve service quotes, proposals, and recommendations.

• Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.

• Proven leadership experience in field service, operations, or customer support.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
