Swimming Pool Service Technician Cedar Rapids, IA | Full-Time Looking for a Career and Not Just a Job? Whether your background is in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, equipment repair, automotive service, military service, or another skilled trade, we want to talk with you. Pool industry experience is a plus but not required, as we provide professional training and certification. What You'll Do: Perform pool openings, closings, maintenance, and repairs. Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other equipment Test and balance pool water chemistry Work with both residential and commercial aquatic facilities Build strong customer relationships Work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of work experience or technical/trade training Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Salary and Benefits: Starting at $20 to $30 per hour based on skills and experience Monday-Friday schedule Seasonal overtime - pool openings and closings Paid training and industry certifications Company Truck Tools provided Employeer sponsored health, dental and vision insurance Employer paid life insurance Employer paid short term and long term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Career Growth: Pool Tech is committed to developing future leaders.
