Overview
We are seeking experienced CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), LNAs (Licensed Nursing Assistants), AZCGs (Arizona Certified Caregivers), and Companions with a passion for delivering exceptional care to join our dedicated team. This role offers flexible scheduling from a minimum of 4 hours up to 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Responsibilities

*Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
*May Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and communicate updates promptly to supervising staff.
*Medication Reminders following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
*Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health support.
*May Operate medical equipment including Hoyer lifts.
*Support patients in various settings such as long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, or home environments.

Skills

Proven experience working with Seniors
Ability to perform caregiving tasks, performing ADLS's
Experience in hospice care, in-home care,
Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient service and teamwork.
