We are seeking a friendly and professional Patient Services Representative to join the team at Biltmore Cardiology Verrado. This position is responsible for providing excellent patient service while supporting front office operations, including patient check-out, office visit scheduling, and diagnostic test scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive patient experience.

Assist patients with the check-out process following appointments.

Schedule office visits, follow-up appointments, and diagnostic tests.

Verify and update patient information in the system.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.

Coordinate appointments and communicate scheduling changes as needed.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Provide professional customer service to patients, providers, and staff.

Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.

Previous medical office, patient services, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems.
