Maintenance Supervisor

Overview Maintenance Supervisor – Monday through Friday with on‑call responsibility. Eligible for Pay in Lieu of Benefits (25% pay increase). Responsibilities Fully utilize mechanical skills and perform overall maintenance operation to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients. Coordinate and provide completion of corrective and preventative maintenance of grounds and building in a timely manner in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Supervise maintenance department and perform hands‑on maintenance and repair work. Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems, ensuring safety to minimize potential for fire and accidents. Maintain required records and reports; participate in budget planning. Remain on call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty‑four hours a day. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent and basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems.
