• ⏰ Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $35.00 / hour (dependent on experience)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain peak quality and efficiency. Your daily tasks will include:

• Setup & Operation: Prepare and run CNC lathes and milling machines using G-codes and CAD/CAM programming tools.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and sketches to guide production.
• Tooling & Adjustments: Select appropriate tooling, determine machining methods, and make fine adjustments to meet strict tolerances and specifications.
• Quality & Troubleshooting: Monitor active runs, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and collect SPC data to track productivity.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventive maintenance and uphold a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

What You Bring to the Team

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of overall machining experience , including at least 8+ years of dedicated CNC operation .
• Strong proficiency in G-code programming and standard CAD/CAM software.
• Robust knowledge of machine shop equipment, blueprint reading, and metal cutting practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years focusing specifically on both lathes and milling machines.
• Advanced skills in manual programming and production tracking tools.
• High-level expertise in complex blueprint interpretation and machine setup.
