• East Haddam Dental Associates is a modern, community-based practice with a loyal patient population and longstanding relationships throughout the area.

Our practice features:

• Modern, state-of-the-art clinical environment

• Digital charting and imaging 
• Digital x-rays and intraoral cameras 
• Private treatment rooms and consultation space 
• Comprehensive general, restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry 
• Established patient demand and productive provider schedule 

 

Practice Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM | One Saturday per month, 8AM-2PM

 

Your Role as a General Dentist

As a leading provider within the practice, you’ll have the autonomy to deliver dentistry your way while taking an active role in maintaining the clinical strength and reputation East Haddam patients have come to expect.

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning 
• Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry 
• Take ownership of an established patient base and productive schedule 
• Build long-term patient relationships and maintain continuity of care 
• Identify comprehensive treatment opportunities and confidently communicate recommendations 
• Collaborate with specialists on complex and multidisciplinary cases 
• Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow and practice performance 
• Serve as a strong clinical presence and positive leader for the practice team 
• Maintain high standards for clinical quality, patient experience, and professionalism 

 

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program 
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility to obtain one 
• 3+ years of General Dentistry experience strongly preferred 
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills 
• Clinically confident and comfortable managing an established patient base 
• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills 
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients 
• Collaborative leadership style and strong team mentality 
• Provider who takes ownership of patient care and practice success
