Overview The Food Service Lead supervises and coordinates day to day operations in the Atrium Café under the guidance of the retail supervisor. Including but not limited to coaching and mentoring associates, ensure timely customer service to all guests, support kitchen staff during high volume times. Oversees total food service operation in the absence of the supervisor. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.39per hour - $29.79per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
