Site Superintendent

M&M Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee commercial and public construction projects throughout North and Central New Jersey. We are looking for a hands-on Superintendent with strong field leadership experience who can effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and day-to-day jobsite operations. Responsibilities: Manage all daily field operations and jobsite activities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays Ensure work conforms to plans, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate inspections and participate in project/site meetings Enforce jobsite safety requirements Maintain daily reports and field documentation Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience preferred Experience with NJ public construction projects strongly preferred Familiarity with public works requirements, inspections, documentation, and project procedures Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout North and Central NJ Why M&M Construction?
