Job Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Support Contractor to provide end-user support for approximately 1,000 users across County operations for our premier client.. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, user account access, and basic network connectivity. Additional responsibilities may include asset lifecycle management, including receiving and unboxing equipment, inventory tracking, device deployment, and retirement of technology assets. The role is 100% onsite and starts as a 3-month contract.

- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and end-user technologies \n
- Associate’s Degree in relevant field. \n
