We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys solving complex movement problems, providing hands-on care, and building lasting relationships with patients. This role offers the flexibility to start part-time while growing into a full-time position as your schedule fills, if desired. Compensation and Benefits $55 to $65 per hour based on experience Flexible part-time schedule with a clear pathway to full-time With full-time status, 401(k) matching and a health insurance stipend Annual continuing education stipend Mentorship in movement assessment, exercise prescription, and manual therapy No insurance battles or excessive documentation One-on-one patient care, no double bookings Modern gym-based treatment environment Who You Will Treat Our patients include: Recreational and competitive athletes Runners and endurance athletes Golfers, tennis, and pickleball players CrossFit and strength athletes Active adults who want to maintain an active lifestyle for decades What You Will Do Perform comprehensive movement and orthopedic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, dry needling (or willingness to become certified), and corrective exercise Identify mobility, strength, and movement asymmetries Educate patients to build long-term healthy habits Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We Are Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Ohio Physical Therapy License Dry needling certified, or planning to become certified Passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, and active populations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Growth mindset with a desire to continually learn Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team culture Why Bridge Rehab and Performance We believe physical therapy should help people return to what they love stronger than before, and be proactive in promoting longevity.
