- Weekly Wages: $290.00
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $138.58
- Housing Per Diem: $207.87
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
