To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service, contributing to a positive patient care experience.Patient Evaluation & Rehabilitation: Evaluates patients, designs, implements, and progresses rehabilitation programs, including clear home exercise plansDocumentation & Billing Accuracy: Ensures timely, complete, and accurate patient notes, certifications, and treatment instructions, adhering to QI criteria and reflecting services provided for billingPatient Education & Satisfaction: Clearly explains injury/condition, treatment purpose, and rehabilitation goals to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction with departmental careWorkload Management & Efficiency: Demonstrates ability to manage heavy caseloads by improving personal efficiency, working extended hours when necessary, and assisting colleaguesProgram Development & Referrals: Develops new programs and collaborates with physicians to stimulate referrals, enhance relationships, and improve care qualityLeadership & Departmental Oversight: Supervises students, teaches classes, provides public speaking, manages the department in the absence of a manager/staff PT, resolves departmental conflicts, and completes assigned reports Required Bachelor's Degree in Physical TherapyLicensed or eligible for licensure by the North Dakota State Examining Committee of Physical TherapistsCHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake is a 25 bed critical access hospital with a Level V Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day. Our hospital has been committed to providing patients quality medical treatment in the Turtle Lake area and surrounding communities since 1952.
