Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and service.

Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
- Drive new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service
- Guide customers in selecting insurance solutions that fit their unique needs
- Consistently achieve sales targets while contributing to the success of the agency
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable) Licensing if needed will be paid by agency
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
- A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
