Key Responsibilities\n

In this vital role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users, working directly with couples and: family units, both collectively and individually.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and dynamics of each family.
\n
• Lead therapy sessions in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
