Accounts Receivable Representative (Entry-Level/Recent Graduate)

A top Knoxville, TN employer is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in accounting/finance with strong advancement potential.

What you’ll do:

· Process daily cash application and reconcile deposits to maintain accurate account balances

· Partner with Sales & Brokers to resolve deductions and discrepancies

· Research and clear non-trade deductions (shortages, returns, freight, compliance fees, etc.)

· Manage aged receivables and support collections on past-due invoices

· Maintain organized documentation and support large AR portfolios (MM$ balances)
