Finance Analyst, Brooks Brothers

Overview The Financial Analyst, Brooks Brothers will support and assist the FP&A team with day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and providing actionable business insights. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance trends, identify key drivers, and support informed decision-making. Responsibilities Assist with preparation and review of the annual budget and monthly forecasts in partnership with business stakeholders Perform detailed actual vs. plan/forecast variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports to provide insights to leadership Support development and enhancement of reporting tools, processes, and dashboards Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting packages for enterprise finance Support capital project tracking and financial reporting Provide detailed sales and performance reporting Partner with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and support ad hoc analyses and special projects Assist with system and process improvements, including reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Oracle) Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across finance and business teams Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related field Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, OneStream) preferred Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data clearly to stakeholders Organization & Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively Business Partnership: Demonstrates initiative and ability to build relationships and support business decision-making What You Get We offer a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) Savings Plan with company match, and an associate discount on all of our merchandise.
