Assists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type of service. Capacity planning to maximize efficiency in achieving profit and customer satisfaction objectives. Oversees employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigations. Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance. Run service calls as-needed. Participate in community events. Promote business and attract leads.Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field. Must have growth midset for start-up HVAC company. Professionalism and enthusiasm. Excellent customer service. Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals. Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Sales Experience.
