Ascension is seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Observation Unit team. In line with our mission to provide compassionate, personalized care, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering expert nursing services in a dynamic environment. Observational units are critical as they involve closely monitoring patients who aren't ready for discharge but do not necessarily require intensive care. This position demands a detail-oriented professional capable of quick decision-making and effective patient management under minimal supervision.
