Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies. Identify new opportunities and trends. Build and maintain client relationships. Lead proposal development and review underwriting. Collaborate with internal departments for client satisfaction. Mentor the business development team. Track KPIs and report to executive leadership. Represent the company at industry events. Qualifications: Proven business development and deal execution experience within the real estate management industry.
