What You’ll Do Assist our doctors during a variety of dental procedures while keeping patients comfortable and informed. Prepare operatories and maintain excellent sterilization and infection-control standards. Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision and attention to detail. Educate patients and help them understand their care and next steps. Anticipate the needs of the doctor, patient, and team. Work closely with both the clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless patient experience. Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn every day. What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Experience with digital dentistry and expanded dental assisting skills are a plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that how a patient feels during their visit matters just as much as the dentistry we provide.
