OPERATIONS MANAGER
Northwest Valley, Phoenix, AZ | On-Site
Salary: 90K–130K annually, plus competitive benefits
About the Opportunity
An established organization in the Northwest Valley is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, lead a team, and maintain high standards for operational performance, service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate staff, resources, facilities, and equipment.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and effective scheduling.
- Monitor operating expenses, budgets, and performance metrics to support business goals.
- Build positive customer relationships and resolve service issues professionally.
- Establish consistent procedures that promote safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service delivery, and overall performance.
- Maintain operational readiness and ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
- Support operational planning and implement process improvements as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, recreation, facilities, or a related service-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
