Overview Associate OB/GYN - Gulf Coast OBGYN (Pascagoula, MS) Gulf Coast OBGYN , part of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Associate OB/GYN to join our thriving practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Why Join Gulf Coast OBGYN? Established, Supportive Team - Join 5 physicians in a collegial, no-hierarchy environment where mentorship, collaboration, and surgical backup are standard. Every major case is supported by a partner, and new associates receive dedicated guidance. Balanced Lifestyle - 1:5+ weekend call (with partners willing to share extra coverage), flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week, dedicated OR block time, and post-call days off. Comprehensive Practice - We deliver 50-60 babies / month as a team and offer strong GYN services (50/50 split of OB/GYN). Services include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic procedures, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, leeps, and in-office procedures as much or as little as you prefer. Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped Earnings : Competitive base salary plus productivity bonuses
- Year 1 Earning Potential: $300,000-$400,000 (base + productivity)
